Time-slot delivery and set-up coordination
Venues and exhibition grounds assign tight slots for delivery and get-out. We plan driving time, buffer and return trip so that your material is at the ramp or directly at the backstage access within a ±30-minute window. On request, we coordinate the delivery with your set-up team: case sequence, holding position, unloading time. After the event, we handle the return transport – including at night directly after the tear-down, so that the equipment is back in the warehouse or at the next venue the following morning.
Trade-fair logistics in sync with the venue
Trade-fair transport follows its own rules: build-up days with slot allocation, limited manoeuvring space, empties handling during the fair. We deliver stand materials and exhibits to the assigned build-up slot, take away empties and packaging and return both on time for the tear-down. For exhibitors with several fairs a year, we plan the dates as a series – one point of contact, the same processes, predictable costs. Short-notice redeliveries of exhibits during the fair are handled by the dispatch team as an express direct transport, right to the stand if required.
International events: ATA Carnet and customs clearance
For tours, fairs and productions outside the EU – for example in Türkiye, the United Kingdom or the Gulf states – we handle the temporary export via ATA Carnet. The Carnet replaces customs declarations in the member countries and avoids import duties on your equipment. We check the packing list for Carnet suitability, accompany the presentation to customs and build border crossings firmly into your production schedule – door-to-door from EXW to DDP.
