Low loader, permit, BF3 – all from a single source
Many construction machines exceed the permitted dimensions for unrestricted transport. Based on your machine data we check whether a permit under Section 29/46 StVO (German road traffic regulations) is required, apply for it in every affected federal state and, where conditions demand it, provide BF3 escort vehicles or coordinate the police escort. The route is checked for bridge loads, clearance heights and site access, and the permit lead time is transparently factored into the delivery date.
Safe loading and load securing
Construction machines either drive up ramps themselves or are loaded by crane – we clarify in advance which option is possible at the loading and unloading points. On the low loader we secure with lashing chains at the designated lashing points, chocks and anti-slip mats; moving parts such as booms and buckets are secured separately. That way the machine arrives ready for use, without damage to hydraulics or running gear.
Machinery export: Türkiye, North Africa, Central Asia
Used construction machinery is in demand internationally. We take excavators, wheel loaders and cranes to non-EU countries such as Türkiye, to North Africa, the Middle East, West Africa and Central Asia – including full customs clearance: export declaration, T1/T2 transit procedure, import in the destination country.
