For fairs outside the EU – for example in Türkiye, the Gulf region or North Africa – the ATA Carnet is the central customs document: it permits the temporary duty-free import of exhibition goods and professional equipment, provided the goods are fully re-exported. We support you in applying for it via your chamber of commerce (IHK), check the goods list for completeness and present the carnet correctly at every border – because a missing stamp can later trigger customs claims.

You tell us the fair, hall and stand number, build-up and dismantling times as well as the volume and weight of your stand material. We plan the outbound and return trip, register the vehicle with the fair logistics and confirm a fixed price for you – depending on exhibitor size and complexity the non-binding guide value is around €699–4,999. During the fair the empties stay scheduled with us, and for dismantling the vehicle is back in the slot.
