Construction site crane and facade – freight forwarding

As a freight forwarder, Speed Logistics organises truck transports across the whole of Europe and beyond: full loads, part loads and scheduled services – plannable, at a fixed price agreed in advance and with personal dispatch around the clock. Our focus is on international transports and direct runs, including non-EU lanes such as Türkiye, North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf region, West Africa and Central Asia – with complete customs clearance.

What you can expect from us: a fixed-price offer within a few hours, modern vehicles from the sprinter van with 3.5 t to the 40-t articulated truck, GPS shipment tracking and a dispatcher who really knows your shipment. For scheduled services you should plan for 2–4 days transit time; for fixed deadlines we dispatch direct runs without transhipment.

Services at a glance

  • Full loads (FTL): exclusive load space, direct run without transhipment, same-day start possible
  • Part loads and groupage: economical bundling via regular lines into the European economic areas
  • Special transports: temperature-controlled transports, heavy haulage and over-dimension, project and plant logistics
  • Non-EU traffic: door-to-door delivery including export, transit and import clearance, from EXW to DDP
  • Premium handling: particular care for sensitive and high-value goods

How we work: fixed price instead of surprise

You send us the lane, packing pieces and deadline – we calculate a binding fixed-price offer and deliver it within a few hours. No subsequent surcharges, no rate tables to calculate yourself. After your release a fixed dispatcher takes over the trip: they confirm the loading time, track the vehicle by GPS and get in touch proactively before you have to ask. The dispatch team works multilingually – helpful when sender, driver and recipient sit in three different countries.

Direct run or line – we advise honestly

Not every shipment needs an exclusive vehicle, and not every one tolerates a transhipment. That is why on every enquiry we check both ways: the direct run scores with speed, a fixed time window and zero transhipment risk – ideal for time-critical business, sensitive goods and high goods value. The line scores on price when your shipment fills only part of the load space and has one to two days of leeway. On request we calculate both variants in parallel so that you can compare cost and transit time directly. So you decide on the basis of concrete figures instead of gut feeling.

Europe and non-EU countries from a single source

Within the EU we drive cabotage-compliant and documented according to the EU social rules. The real difference shows beyond the customs border: for Türkiye, the Maghreb, the Gulf states, West Africa and Central Asia we handle, besides the transport, the export declaration, transit procedures and import clearance too. You hand over the shipment at your ramp – everything further through to delivery to the recipient is our task.

Who we work for

Our customers are dispatchers, buyers and project managers in industry and trade who need reliable transit times and a reachable contact – from the machine builder with spare-part express through the wholesaler with weekly line loading to the plant engineer with a non-EU project. In the market since 2014, we know: what matters is not the promise but the loading time kept. Call us or send your enquiry by email – the dispatch team also answers outside usual office hours.

Frequently asked questions: Freight Forwarding

How quickly do I receive an offer from Speed Logistics?

Within a few hours. You send the lane, packing pieces with dimensions and weight as well as the desired deadline – we calculate a binding fixed price without subsequent surcharges. In acute cases, for example a looming line stoppage, the dispatch team staffed around the clock prioritises your enquiry accordingly faster.

Which countries does the freight forwarding cover?

The whole of Europe as well as non-EU lanes with customs clearance: Türkiye, North Africa and the Maghreb, the Middle East and the Gulf region, West Africa and Central Asia. Within the EU we run full and part loads as well as scheduled services; to non-EU countries we deliver on request door to door from EXW to DDP.

Which vehicle sizes are available?

From the sprinter van with 3.5 t permissible gross weight for urgent small shipments through 7.5-t and 12-t vehicles to the 40-t articulated truck. Added to this is special equipment for temperature-controlled transports as well as low-loaders for heavy haulage and over-dimension. We always choose the smallest economical vehicle for your specific shipment.

How long does a transport within Europe take?

For scheduled services with bundling, reckon on 2–4 working days, depending on lane and departure rhythm. Direct runs are considerably faster: depending on distance same-day or overnight, on long-haul with a two-driver crew. Which variant fits economically we are happy to calculate for you in parallel on request.

Does Speed Logistics handle the complete customs clearance?

Yes. For non-EU traffic we handle the export declaration, transit procedures and import clearance in the destination country – you hand over the shipment at your ramp, we deliver it cleared to the recipient. The handling is, depending on agreement and Incoterm, fully possible from EXW to DDP, including all required documents.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, the vehicles are GPS-tracked and your dispatcher reports the loading time, border crossing and delivery proactively. Instead of an anonymous hotline you have a fixed contact who knows the shipment and is reachable around the clock – multilingually too for recipients abroad.

What should I consider when choosing between a direct run and a line?

The direct run scores with speed, a fixed time window and zero transhipment risk – ideal for time-critical business, sensitive goods and high goods value. The line scores on price when your shipment fills only part of the load space and has one to two days of leeway. Speed Logistics calculates both variants in parallel on request so that you can compare cost and transit time directly.

Why does Speed Logistics work with fixed prices instead of rate tables?

You receive a binding fixed-price offer without subsequent surcharges and without rate tables to calculate yourself. That makes the freight calculable down to the euro – even if traffic or waiting times arise en route. In the end what matters is not the promise but the loading time kept.
