The basis of every express transport is an exclusively dispatched vehicle with no groupage detours: your shipment runs directly from ramp to ramp. From the van for the urgent pallet to the 40 t articulated truck for complete production batches, we choose the vehicle size to match the shipment – you pay for no unused capacity and do not wait for consolidation opportunities.
Same-day, overnight or scheduled: your options
- Same-day: pickup and delivery on the same day, realistic on distances up to around 800 km
- Overnight / express under 24 h: loading today, delivery the next day – internationally too
- Scheduled express: delivery within a fixed time window, for example before the production start at 6 a.m.
For longer lanes we deploy a two-driver crew: two drivers keep the vehicle moving almost continuously in compliance with the EU Mobility Package, so that even 1,500 km overnight is feasible – for example Berlin–Milan for the first shift. Which option suits your deadline is clarified by the dispatch team in a short phone call, and then committed to bindingly.
Process: from enquiry to delivery
You report the lane, dimensions, weight and target date – by phone on +49 (0)30 346 467 850 or by e-mail. The dispatch team immediately checks available vehicles in the pickup area and gives you a binding fixed price including the loading time. After your approval, the vehicle rolls directly to your ramp; via GPS live tracking you follow the position and ETA through to signed proof of delivery. You receive status reports proactively – after loading, en route and before delivery. Communication runs multilingually on request, which noticeably speeds up coordination with consignees in France, Poland or Türkiye.
Express international: Europe and non-EU
For us, express does not end at the border. We run urgent shipments across Europe as well as to non-EU countries such as Türkiye or the Maghreb – including prepared customs clearance, so the shipment crosses the border without demurrage. Export papers and transit procedures are arranged in parallel with the journey; door-to-door handling is possible from EXW to DDP, so you do not have to deal with any customs formality yourself.
What does an express transport cost?
Express is a premium service: an exclusive vehicle without consolidation costs more than groupage – in return you buy time, plannability and a considerably lower risk of damage. The price depends on distance, vehicle size, lead time and time window; depending on the lane we give you a binding fixed price in advance with no subsequent surcharges. For sensitive and high-value goods, premium handling is included – from the trained driver to documented load securing. Tip for dispatchers: the earlier in the day the enquiry comes in, the greater the vehicle choice in the pickup area – with foreseeable bottlenecks, the call is worthwhile even before the shipment is finally packed.
